As a former partner at a major national firm and as in-house general counsel at one of British Columbia’s largest and most recognized companies, our firm has seen it all and done it all. If your business does not have its own, in-house general counsel, we can provide that service to you. You call, we help. If we can’t, we will find the best person for the job - we are not beholden to any one firm. We also offer full service, cloud-based corporate records services, including incorporations, annual maintenance, reorganizations and shareholder agreements.
Commercial Real Estate
We have nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, having worked on some of the largest real estate transactions in the province. We have deep experience helping real estate investors with acquisitions and divestiture, real estate financing, partnerships and structuring, development and leasing. We are very closely tied into the commercial real estate industry in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary.
Aviation, Transportation and Infrastructure
There are few lawyers in Canada that can match our aviation industry expertise, having spent nearly 9 years in-house at the world-renowned Vancouver International Airport, 4 years on the Legal Affairs committee of Airports Council International (North America) and currently sitting on the boards of the BC Aviation Council and the Alberta Aviation Council. We have acted for airports large and small on a wide variety of matters. We also have experience with aircraft finance and leasing.
